After completing his Hospitality Management training at Robert Gordon University, Arnaud Loos gained his experience in national and international hotel chains, amongst which Hilton and Inter-Continental Hotels. Starting in the F / B and then through various positions in the room division department, Arnaud has developed into director of strategy at an Aeon Plaza Hotels.
In 2009 Arnaud founded Hospitality Skills to devote himself more to his specialism; Revenue management based on increasing guest satisfaction in combination with pricing structures and internet pricing. We can summarize this as Operational Revenue management.
In addition, Arnaud works as a teacher at the Euro College Hogeschool in Rotterdam, Utecht and Amsterdam, where he teaches the subjects Hospitality management, Revenue management, Sales, Hospitality Marketing, Hospitality and Strategic hospitality management.
